Why I don't enforce lock-in contracts.

The industry standard for business coaches is typically a 12-month lock-in period.

Most coaches prioritize cashflow security. They want to ensure they get paid even if the work gets hard.

I choose to operate differently.

No lock-ins -- only 4 weeks notice for cancelling.

I don't do this because I promise overnight miracles.

In fact, real infrastructure building requires patience and delayed gratification.

I do this because business building is my passion, not my sole income stream.

There is a special dopamine hit in seeing people grow and reach dizzying heights they've only ever dreamt of.

This allows me to be SELECTIVE.

I'm not looking for business ownes who want magic pills or who jump ship the moment things get tough.

I am looking for those who are willing to do the heavy lifting and genuinely want to build a better life for themselves.

I want you to show up to our sessions because you see the value in the work we are doing (and the dream you are ACTUALLY building)—not because a contract says you have to.

(Note: The only exception I make is for long-term discounted rates—because that is just smart cashflow management).

I'm looking for builders, not hostages or victims.

The reality is, good operators don't need to lock you in. Even the Australian Government Business highlights the importance of choosing advisors based on proven experience and real outcomes, not long-term commitments. If the advice is solid and the results are there, the relationship continues. If it's not, you should be free to walk. That's the standard.
