Certain features of our platform may require registration or membership. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Listings in the Fireside Business Directory are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at our discretion. Directory listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published.

Panellists featured on our platform are independent professionals. Fireside Business Advice does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any services provided by panellists. Any engagement with a panellist is a separate agreement between you and the panellist.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fireside Business Advice or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By submitting content to our platform (including business listings, photos, logos, and application materials), you grant Fireside Business Advice a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

Payments for memberships, directory listings, and other services are processed through secure third-party payment providers. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Fireside Business Advice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our platform. Any reliance on information provided through our services is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
