If your clinic is fully booked and still struggling, the problem isn't demand.
It's "Margin Blindness."
The books are full.
Clinicians are busy.
Waitlists are growing.
And yet the bank balance is barely moving the needle.

That's a delivery problem.
Most clinics don't fail because they charge too little.

❌ Poor utilisation: Paying for 8 hours, billing for 3-4.
❌ Admin drag: Clinicians doing $30/hr admin work at a $100/hr pay rate. ❌ The "Gap" Tax: regular 15-minute voids between consults.
❌ Over-servicing: Delivering 60 minute sessions when you billed for 45.
More patients don't fix this. Longer days don't fix this. And hiring more staff only amplifies the leak.
The clinics that scale to $10M don't just focus on bookings.
