About Kava
If you want to try some kava, we recommend getting a 100g pouch of any of the "instant kavas". We say 100g because you need to have a lot at the start to really experience its benefits. 40g generally isn't enough.
You can literally add kava powder to anything including a milkshake, smoothie, Coca-Cola, or coconut water. We know of one guy who sprinkles it on scrambled eggs.
The best way to have it is to put 2 heaped teaspoons into a glass of water, stir like crazy and chug it quickly.
Remember: kava is reverse tolerance. The first time you have it you will need to have a few glasses to really feel it. Once it's in your system then a glass or two is enough to chill, get the mental health benefits and have a great night's sleep.
