    - It's not because of the stock market.

    - It's not because of the interest rates.

    - It's not because of the economy.

    - It's not because of the government.

    - It's not because of my wife or my husband or my family upbringing.

    It's always to do with us.

    The Core Philosophy

    Be hard on yourself and life will be easy. Be easy on yourself and life will be hard.

    Who I am today is a result of the books I've read and the people I've associated with.

    The Power of Association

    Your life will look like the 10 people you hang around. If you hang around people who are wealthy: you will be wealthy. If you hang around people who are fit: You're going to become fit.

    Practicing Gratitude

    Be grateful right now for all the things that you have. Make a list of everything you're grateful for. Literally.
    • Are you grateful you live in the country of Australia or New Zealand?
    • Are you grateful that there was food on the table today?
    • Are you grateful for your friends and family?
    • Are you grateful for this amazing community that you guys have to support each other?
    • Are you grateful for clean air?
    Start being grateful for what you do have. And there's real power in gratefulness.
