Over the last couple of years we've been building something called Upkeepers.

The original vision was pretty simple:

Create a platform that genuinely helps good operators in the service industry get more work, run tighter businesses, and connect with quality people.

Not another race-to-the-bottom lead generation platform.

Something practical. Something built for real operators. Something that benefits Australians.

What Upkeepers Is

Upkeepers has been positioned around:

• Trades & maintenance
• Property services
• Cleaning & commercial maintenance
• Lawn & garden
• Specialist contractors
• Business support and operational systems

The broader vision has always been much bigger than a directory.

We see potential for:

• Vetted operator networks
• Recurring maintenance systems
• AI-assisted quoting and admin
• Lead distribution
• Contractor collaboration
• Business intelligence reporting
• Industry-specific CRM workflows
• Member communities and education

There's a genuine opportunity here.

But the reality is this:

We're heavily focused on Fireside Business Advice and several other major projects right now, and we'd rather see Upkeepers in the hands of someone who absolutely loves the idea and wants to fully run with it.

We're Open To

We're currently looking for expressions of interest from people who may want to:

• Partner on the project
• Invest into growth
• Acquire the platform outright
• Merge it into an existing business
• Take operational control and scale it properly

This would ideally suit:

• A trades business owner
• Someone in the maintenance or property services industry
• Someone who gets how terrible the other platforms are and how hard it is getting reliable leads
