    I see so many business owners (especially in Allied Health and Trade Services) spending thousands on CRMs and AI tools—praying it will be a magic fix.
    It won't... and never will be.

    The $0 to $10M Lesson

    The biggest lesson from scaling a business from $0 to $10M?
    You cannot automate what you have not standardized.
    Before you buy the software, you need to draw the process and follow 3 steps:

    1. Simplify

    Simplify: Cut the steps that don't add value.

    2. Standardize

    Standardize: Make sure A, B, and C happen the same way every time manually.

    3. Automate

    Automate: Only then bring in the tech to speed up 1 & 2.
    If you skip to step 3, you aren't building a business; you're building a high-speed disaster.
