Tyson is a qualified carpenter, property investor, and project manager, so the advice he gives is not theoretical. It is based on real experience on site and in the market. Alongside buyer advocacy, he specialises in renovations and value add strategies, small developments such as subdivisions and duplex projects, and coordinating consultants, approvals, and works from purchase through to completion.

Tyson focuses on strategic purchases across Australia, selecting opportunities where the numbers and fundamentals stack up. He does not take commissions or kickbacks, and works with a limited number of clients at a time so every project gets the attention it deserves.
