Respect the Man — Challenge the Idea
Disagreement is expected. Disrespect is not.

A man who cannot disagree with respect does not belong here.
Contribute or Step Aside
Fireside is not for spectators.
Every man is expected to:

- Share experience
- Offer guidance where he can
If you take more than you give, it becomes obvious.
Operate with Competence
Your reputation follows you into this room.
We expect:

- Continued improvement (Kaizen)
- Accuracy in what you share
Do not advise beyond your capability.
Brotherhood is Earned
This is not blind loyalty.
Brotherhood here means:

What is shared in Fireside stays in Fireside.
- No screenshots
- No passing on conversations
- No leveraging private information

Be Teachable — Then Mentor
Every man here is:

Represent Fireside Properly
Your conduct reflects the group.
- Online and offline
- In business and in life
If your actions damage the reputation of the group, you remove yourself.
Enforcement
Standards mean nothing without enforcement.
Breaches may result in:
- Loss of trust
- Loss of visibility
- Loss of opportunities
- Removal from Fireside
